We want you to be completely satisfied with your Big Green Egg purchase; if you are not, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain oversized items and charcoal may be subject to restocking fees or return shipping costs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused product in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to ensure a safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned EGG or accessory, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
